Key Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in Manpower Recruitment / Staffing Sales

Strong experience in Overseas Recruitment

Sound knowledge of visa processing for multiple nationalities

Proven expertise in business development and client relationship management

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)

Valid driver's license

Experience in the Saudi market is a strong advantage

Education

Bachelor's Degree (BS / BMA or equivalent)
