- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging sectors in the KSA market (Real Estate, Tech, or Industry) to identify high-potential investment targets.
- Strategic Partnerships: Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, reaching out to, and securing partnerships with local and international entities.
- Deal Execution: Negotiate contract terms and oversee the closing of business deals in alignment with the group's financial objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the face of LIG in industry events and networking forums to expand the company's influence.
- Pipeline Reporting: Maintain a robust CRM/ERP pipeline and provide weekly briefings to the Board on progress and conversion rates.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6+ years in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Investment Banking within the GCC.
- The Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets in a competitive environment.
- Financial Literacy: Strong ability to understand financial statements, ROI projections, and market valuations.
- Network: An existing network of high-level contacts in the Saudi business ecosystem.
- Communication: Fluent in Arabic (essential for local networking) and English (for international partnerships).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
