Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (Solution Sales) to join our Digital Solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within our digital solutions portfolio and cultivating strong customer relationships to deliver value-driven solutions.

You will join a high-performing team of innovators dedicated to driving revenue growth through a passion for solution selling and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business within the digital solutions pipeline, with a specific focus on prioritizing and securing recurring revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify digital opportunities within the existing customer base while leading proposal development and negotiations to maximize value.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by delivering timely and accurate business reporting and contributing to overall team effectiveness and strategic alignment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Numerous years of experience in a Solution Sales or Software as a Service (SaaS) position.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative selling processes, including expert-level proficiency in deal negotiation and shaping.
  • Proven ability in building executive-level relationships and applying an analytical mindset with financial fluency to solve complex client needs.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent experience)
