VaporVM IT Services is seeking a Saudi National Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on enterprise, government, and semi-government clients.
This role is designed for a high-performing hunter who can bring new accounts, leverage local market relationships, and position VaporVM as a trusted IT services partner across Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Generate new business opportunities independently within the KSA market
- Actively bring new enterprise, government, and key accounts through existing relationships and market outreach
- Own the full sales lifecycle: lead generation solution positioning proposal closure
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
Client Engagement & Account Ownership
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers
- Understand client business challenges and align them with VaporVM's IT service portfolio
- Act as a trusted advisor, not just a sales representative
Solution Selling Core Focus Areas
- Managed IT Services (NOC, SOC, L1L3 Support, Infrastructure Management)
- Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid & Multi-Cloud)
- Cybersecurity Services (SOC, VAPT, Managed Security, Compliance)
- DevOps, Automation & Digital Transformation
- Data, AI & Enterprise Applications
Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
- Develop a deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, government procurement processes, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities related to Vision 2030, digital transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives
- Provide insights to leadership on market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial documents
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closure and handover
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (mandatory requirement)
- 58+ years of proven experience in IT services / technology sales
- Demonstrated ability to bring new accounts and close high-value deals
- Strong existing network within enterprise, government, or semi-government sectors in KSA
- Solid understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, and Cybersecurity offerings
- Excellent Arabic & English communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to government or Vision 2030-related programs
- Familiarity with Saudi procurement portals, tenders, and RFP processes
- Existing relationships with system integrators, partners, or large enterprises
