Job Title: International Business Development Manager

Salary: 20,000 AED + commission.

Overview

Our client, a leading international kitchen and furniture manufacturer, is seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to join their regional team. This role will focus on driving sales growth, strengthening distributor partnerships and developing brand presence across the GCC and wider MENA region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong sector experience to represent a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic relationships with distributors and key clients across the region

Drive retail and project-based sales, ensuring targets and margins are achieved

Set sales strategies and forecasts to support business growth

Specify products with leading developers, consultants and interior designers

Work closely with the marketing team on brand positioning and campaigns

Deliver product and brand training to distributor teams

Coordinate between regional offices and international HQ

Manage proposal development and ensure deadlines are met

Prepare and maintain business development reports and MIS data

Maintain an up-to-date CRM and business development database

Travel extensively across MENA, Asia and Africa to support partners

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in kitchens, furniture or building materials

Strong background working within GCC / MENA markets

Proven success in business development or key account management

Experience within interior design or related industries preferred

Degree in Management, Design, Architecture or similar

Previous experience in a multinational environment advantageous

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

CRM experience essential

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach

Salary: 20,000 AED per month
