The purpose of this position is to lead and drive growth within the UAE Business across a range of sectors including but not limited to, emergency services, defence, mobility, advisory, aviation and citizen services sector. This role is critical in understanding our market, building partnerships, delivering tailored solutions and aligning our offerings with the strategic priorities of the UAE.This role will be responsible for developing the pipeline, shaping new opportunities to deliver profitable growth and promote Serco's business as a recognised quality and reliable service provider with prospective clients and stakeholder.
This role is part of the Growth Business Development and Solution Design team and will be based in our corporate office in Dubai
.
