Business Development Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.
• Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
• Maintains good relationships with business partners/contacts and potential clients.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
• Performs market research & analysis.
• Being updated with trends, news, and events.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Prior experience as a Nurse or Doctor is mandatory.
• Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience within the Medical Devices industry.
• Must have experience with Hemodynamic products.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%)
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
