We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth, expand our broker network, and build strategic partnerships that strengthen our value proposition.

Salary: AED 15,000 20,000 per month + performance incentives
Key Responsibilities1. Broker Acquisition & Network Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top-performing real estate brokers to the RichBrokers community.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential members who align with the RichBrokers vision.
- Lead presentations, onboarding sessions, and follow-ups to convert prospects into active members.
2. Strategic Partnerships
- Build and manage partnerships with mortgage firms, developers, proptech startups, training academies, and luxury service providers to enhance member value.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with the brand's long-term strategy.
3. Brand & Market Expansion
- Represent RichBrokers at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Build relationships with influencers, real estate trainers, and local brokerage leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
4. Community & Member Success Collaboration
- Work closely with the community management team to ensure smooth onboarding and a high level of member satisfaction.
- Gather and relay feedback from brokers to improve offerings, tools, and the community experience.
5. Sales Strategy & Performance
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
- Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
QualificationsMust-Have
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, partnerships, or sales ideally within real estate, proptech, brokerage, or membership-based communities.
- Strong network in the real estate industry (brokers, developers, agencies, or related services).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with high-performing professionals.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building communities, membership programs, or B2B ecosystems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and brand-building strategies.
- Exposure to startup environments or fast-scaling organizations.
