KSA Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for the KSA commercial team.
  • Manage, support, and monitor the performance of the commercial team.
  • Ensure alignment with company strategy and commercial targets.
  • Support the team in client engagement, negotiations, and relationship management when needed.
  • Handle administrative coordination related to the KSA branch.
  • Report directly to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local business practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • 712 years of experience in commercial, business development, or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment.
  • Leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to support sales activities without being directly involved in selling.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
