Job Summary

Leading the company's growth and market expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with government entities, developers, and strategic partners, and supporting the successful acquisition of engineering consultancy projects. The position also plays a key role in representing the company in the Saudi market and aligning local business activities with the strategic direction of the head office in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi engineering and construction market.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for KSA aligned with the company's regional growth strategy.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  4. Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities in the engineering and construction sector.
  5. Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the head office in Egypt.
  6. Support prequalification processes with clients, government entities, and major developers.
  7. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events in Saudi Arabia.
  8. Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  9. Establish strategic partnerships with local consultants, contractors, and stakeholders when needed.
  10. Coordinate closely with technical teams in Egypt to ensure proposal quality and alignment with client requirements.
  11. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track business development performance.
  12. Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions with clients.
  13. Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations related to consulting services and company operations.
  14. Prepare regular business development reports and updates for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
  • Minimum 812 years of experience in business development within the engineering consulting, construction, or project management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and engineering consultancy market.
  • Proven experience in securing consultancy projects and managing client relationships.
  • Strong network with developers, government entities, and contractors in KSA.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with international teams.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
