Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of irrigation and landscaping services is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in landscape maintenance and related services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, site visits, and industry events.
  • Involve of Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to increase company turnover.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate with operations for effective resolution.
  • Develop long-term partnerships to secure repeat and annual maintenance contracts.

3. Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends in landscape maintenance and facility services.
  • Analyze competitors activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in commercial, residential, and public sectors.

4. Process & Procedure Improvement

  • Develop and improve business development processes and reporting systems.
  • Standardize proposal templates, pricing strategies, and follow-up procedures.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance to improve project costing accuracy.
  • Implement CRM systems and improve lead tracking methods.

5. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, estimation, procurement, and finance departments.
  • Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to operations team.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development (preferably in landscape, maintenance, or facility management industry).
  • Strong understanding of contract-based maintenance services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
