Job Description

Are you a consultative salesperson who loves helping clients transform their people through world-class learning

You'll be joining a leading provider of training, digital learning and corporate team-building solutions, working with curated content and premium learning journeys for major organisations across the GCC.

What will you be doing

Building a strong sales pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets

Owning your lead generation strategy and keeping activity levels high

Running the full process from negotiation through to internal handover

Leading and communicating your sales strategy within the team

Sharing knowledge, contributing to a learning culture and being proactive in your development

Living company values every day and setting the standard for others

What do you need

A genuine passion for consultative sales and long-term client relationships

Experience selling into enterprise organisations with 1,000+ employees

Learning & Development sales experience is essential

A strong sales record over the last 24 months

Arabic fluency would be ideal but not mandatory
