Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 4–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand clientele. The candidate will be responsible for creating and applying effective sales strategies to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote products/services by addressing or predicting client objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related data
  • Provide feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into effective sales professionals

Requirements & Skills -

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
  • Strong sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Market knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Time management and planning skills`
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development

Education :

UG: Any Graduate

PG: MBA / PGDM in Marketing
