About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented
Business Development Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring new clients and driving growth for our Practice Management solutions. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals to expand our footprint across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across the GCC and Turkey.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and impact of our Practice Management solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a strong market position.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the GCC region.
- Experience in management or workflow solutions is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience using AI-based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma, ChatGPT, etc., along with a general understanding of LLMs.
- Strong communication skills: proficiency in English & Arabic is required and French is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
