We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/ Manager for our client to expand plywood sales network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and interior designers, and driving revenue growth in the plywood segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plywood and building materials market
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, carpenters, interior designers, architects, and dealers
- Promote and sell plywood products to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Visit construction sites, retail outlets, and project locations to generate leads
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in plywood, timber, laminates, or building materials sales
- Strong network in the construction/interior industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
