Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with clients, and generating growth for the company. Responsibilities include researching market trends, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, fostering strong client partnerships, and working closely with the internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Strong business development, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
• Proven negotiation, sales, and client management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the engineering, construction, or consultancy industry, with familiarity in areas such as BIM, structural, MEP, civil engineering, or project management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
• Prior experience in business development within the Middle East, specifically UAE, is highly advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
