MAVisuals is a director-led, design-driven production studio creating premium films and social content for brands across the UAE and KSA. We work where creativity meets strategy: commercials, fashion films, product launches, and social-first campaigns engineered to turn attention into demand.
We're expanding. And we're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals with the right brands.
What you'll actually do
Identify and engage high-value clients across luxury, fashion, automotive, tech, hospitality, and government.
Build relationships with marketing directors, founders, agencies, and decision-makers.
Develop smart outreach strategies that position MAVisuals as the premium creative partner.
Create sharp proposals and pitch decks tailored to each client's goals.
Collaborate with our creative team to match ideas with real business objectives.
Track leads, manage the pipeline, and push deals across the finish line.
What we're looking for
Proven BD experience in media, production, advertising, or luxury sectors.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Comfortable in rooms where expectations are high.
Ability to understand creative work and translate it into business value.
Sharp communication. Not corporate. Not robotic. Just clear and effective.
Self-driven operator who enjoys autonomy and ownership.
Familiarity with the UAE and KSA markets.
