We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager / BDM (MENA) in Dubai, UAE.
We are seeking a driven and energetic professional who enjoys challenges, understands enterprise clients, and is motivated to build long-term relationships with customers who benefit from our solutions.
We develop innovative digital merchandising solutions for large enterprise clients in online retail.
Our clients in the region include Midea, BSH, Barakat, Bissell, Kraft Heinz, among others.
We are also the founders of IDRF, our own professional community that brings together leading eCommerce players in the region. One of our most in-demand products is Digital Shelf Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of 24TTL solutions across local and global Enterprise markets in the MENA region.
- Engage with decision-makers at all levels from domain experts to C-level executives through cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Deeply understand client businesses: identify needs, analyze processes, and clearly demonstrate how 24TTL products solve their challenges.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations; prepare and defend commercial proposals; participate in tenders.
- Represent the company at industry events (conferences, business breakfasts, webinars) to generate leads and strengthen the brand.
- Actively grow a professional network and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in organizing and promoting 24TTL's own events, including conferences, business breakfasts, and networking activities; host webinars.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and qualification to contract signing and first payment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain CRM: manage the sales pipeline, track deal progress, prepare reports and forecasts.
- Monitor the market and competitors; identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1) strong business writing and verbal communication skills (all communication is in English).
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Market/Country Management within IT solutions / SaaS in the Enterprise segment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels; ability to clearly articulate and defend product value.
- Confidence in public speaking, delivering presentations, demos, and webinars.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce, brands, retailers, and enterprise business models.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to assess client processes, identify pain points, and propose optimal solutions.
- Structured, persistent, and results-oriented mindset; experience working with long sales cycles and closing complex deals.
- Willingness to actively prospect, including cold outreach.
- High level of digital literacy: confident use of CRM systems, presentation tools, and digital sales instruments.
- Flexibility, independence, and strong motivation to grow in AI, IT, and e-commerce.
