Job Description

The Business Development Manager will lead commercial growth and portfolio development across the Levant, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan region. The role focuses on strategic sales execution, channel development, competitive positioning, and driving profitable expansion of the X-ray solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing revenue and margin growth across the Levant region
  • Developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies
  • Supporting distributors in complex deals and tender processes
  • Leading product commercialization and go-to-market initiatives
  • Conducting market quantification and competitive analysis
  • Managing pricing strategy and promotional effectiveness
  • Driving forecast accuracy and contributing to annual operating plans
  • Delivering sales and technical training to channel partners

This role requires frequent travel across the markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in medical imaging sales or product management
  • Proven experience managing Levant markets is mandatory
  • Strong technical understanding of CR, DR, and X-ray systems
  • Deep knowledge of radiology department workflows
  • Experience in channel partner development and solution selling
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong presentation skills
