IT Sales Executive / Business Development Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
Responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring enterprise clients, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting Mobcoder's IT services and digital transformation offerings across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Identify enterprise customers, government entities and SME prospects.
• Promote IT staffing, software development, cloud, ERP, CRM and digital transformation services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, RFPs, RFQs and commercial negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customized solution development.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in IT sales, software sales or technology consulting sales.
• Strong B2B sales and enterprise selling experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling RFPs, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive targets.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Existing client network within Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage
