Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out / Contractor (KSA)
Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the interior fit-out or construction sector to support expansion across Saudi Arabia.
The role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities across commercial, hospitality, retail and mixed-use developments, with particular emphasis on fit-out projects
This is a client-facing role requiring strong market knowledge, an established network, and the ability to convert opportunities into awarded projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the interior fit-out and construction sectors in KSA
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, consultants, and designers
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and market intelligence
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation through to contract award
- Support prequalification processes and ensure inclusion on approved vendor lists
- Work closely with estimating, design and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals and tenders
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular reporting on progress
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in business development within interior fit-out, construction, or contracting companies
- Proven track record of winning projects in the KSA/GCC market
- Strong existing network with developers, consultants, and clients in Saudi Arabia
- Solid understanding of the fit-out project lifecycle and tendering processes
- Experience working on commercial, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on interior fit-out projects
- Arabic language skills (advantageous but not essential)
- Previous experience working with international or Tier 1 contractors
