Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition through direct engagement, managing meetings, documentation, and customer follow-ups to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments, to ensure smooth event execution
• Draft, format, and print business documents to support communication and operational needs
• Create meeting agendas and accurately record meeting notes to facilitate follow-up actions
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and prepare tailored quotations for their consideration
• Manage confidential information securely to protect company and customer data
• Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support business objectives
• Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to enhance client relationships
• Maintain accurate records to support business operations and reporting
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently
• Present professionally at events, including welcoming guests and representing the company
