Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive corporate B2B growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including their features, benefits, and value proposition for corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B clients, leveraging market insights and relationship-building skills.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the corporate segment.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to senior executives, highlighting the value and benefits of solutions for their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address corporate client needs.
  • Develop competitive proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client requirements and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in corporate accounts or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM practices and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term corporate relationships.
