Business Development Manager, Public Sector

Our client is a Singapore based Software Solutions Provider, looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive business growth within Singapore's Public Sector. This is a newly created headcount, focused on developing new business opportunities and building strategic relationships across government agencies.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across Singapore's Public Sector (Ministries, Statutory Boards and Government Agencies).
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience selling into Singapore's Public Sector.
• Experience managing Government or Ministry accounts
• Strong hunter mindset with a proven track record in new business development.
• Candidates currently in Account Management roles who are looking to transition into a more hunting-focused sales role are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions would be advantageous.
• Bachelors Degree
