BDM (Publisher Partnership)
Role Summary
The Sales Manager Publisher Partnerships will be responsible for onboarding and managing publisher relationships, with a strong focus on driving exclusive adoption of the platform. The role involves publisher acquisition, relationship management, revenue growth, and long-term partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new publishers onto the platform
- Drive exclusive publisher partnerships and platform adoption
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including negotiations and agreements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned publisher accounts
- Build and maintain long-term publisher relationships to ensure retention
- Achieve onboarding, exclusivity, and revenue targets
- Upsell platform features and monetization opportunities
- Negotiate commercial and exclusivity terms
- Monitor publisher performance and identify growth opportunities
- Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve outcomes
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills
- Proven experience in publisher onboarding, partnerships, or platform sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to drive exclusive partnerships
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of performance metrics
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and relationship-focused
Preferred Experience
- Experience in AdTech, Media, SaaS, or Platform-based businesses
- Prior experience working with publishers, content platforms, or digital partners
- Track record of closing long-term or exclusive partnerships
