Job Title: Business Development Manager - Real Estate
About the Client:
Our client is a well known Real Estate Developer in the UAE market.
Role Objective:
To drive broker-led sales growth through strategic relationship management, market activation, and performance enablement. The role focuses on expanding the broker network locally and internationally, ensuring that broker partners are well-equipped, engaged, and achieving defined revenue and registration KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and its real estate portfolio, ensuring strong market visibility and broker engagement across assigned regions.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new broker agencies to achieve sales targets across UAE and global markets.
- Execute structured broker enablement programs including training sessions, workshops, and project briefings.
- Support the execution of broker sales events, exhibitions, and international roadshows in coordination with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align communication, pricing, product priorities, and campaign strategies.
- Manage and nurture broker relationships, addressing escalations and highlighting key risks to management.
- Monitor and analyze broker performance, lead quality, campaign impact, and registration trends using CRM and internal reporting tools.
- Provide insights into international markets, including competitive analysis, regulatory developments, and sales challenges.
- Conduct internal awareness sessions on broker performance, channel strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
- Recommend tactical promotions and incentive programs to enhance broker activation and overcome market-specific challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain brand integrity across all broker-facing activities.
- Collaborate effectively within a high-performance team environment, fostering coordination and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
- 610+ years of experience in real estate developer relations, channel sales, or managing VIP client portfolios in the banking or wealth advisory sector (preferably with regional and international exposure).
- Experience in UAE real estate markets (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) is essential; exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, India, China, Russia, or Egypt is an advantage.
- Strong social media presence and multilingual ability will be considered a plus.
