Hi everybody!

We are Neginski, an international data-driven real estate agency. Over the past 5 years, we've built a team of 200+ professionals, launched operations in the UAE, Russia, and Thailand, and successfully closed 1,250 transactions totaling over $640M.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based inDubai.

The core mission of this role is to build and maintain a sustainable, structured partnership system with real estate developers in the UAE from monitoring new launches and securing privileged terms to supporting brokers during bookings and preparing project analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor upcoming project launches, EOIs, and pre-sales in the UAE; maintain a launch calendar
  • Build and manage relationships with developers; negotiate and secure special terms
  • Support brokers with property selection, launches, and reservation processes
  • Prepare project briefs and analytical materials (pricing, payment plans, ROI, etc.)
  • Define priority projects in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Review, validate, and approve project-related materials

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the UAE real estate market
  • Strong understanding of project launches and booking processes
  • Hands-on experience working directly with developers
  • Ability to analyze and compare investment projects
  • Fluency in Russian and English
