This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing growth strategies, and managing client accounts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to achieving company goals.

• Strong business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning skills
• Experience with sales, account management, and achieving target-driven objectives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and creating effective action plans
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in similar roles or industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is advantageous
