Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. Primary duties include researching and targeting potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Performance tracking, market analysis, and ensuring targeted revenue growth are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in presentation skills and proposal development
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and experience in experiential marketing or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the GCC region with knowledge of its market dynamics is an advantage
