Job Title: Business Development Manager New Logo Hunter (Telco Enterprise Connectivity)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead new logo acquisition across the UAE. This role focuses on building new relationships, developing strategic pipelines, and securing complex enterprise deals within the telecoms sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise connectivity solutions and a strong ability to open doors and grow market presence from scratch.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new enterprise customers for a growing connectivity business in Dubai. This role is focused on generating new revenue streams through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and targeting new enterprise prospects across the UAE
  • Building and managing a strong new business pipeline
  • Selling complex enterprise connectivity solutions (MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA, Cloud Connect, Managed Services, etc)
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
  • Engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Working closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning
  • Achieving and exceeding new logo revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a new business / hunter sales role within the telecoms industry
  • Strong background selling enterprise connectivity solutions
  • Established network and knowledge of the UAE enterprise market
  • Demonstrated success in consistently closing new logos
  • Ability to sell complex, multi-layered solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with high energy and resilience
