The Business Development Manager for Ventures plays a critical role in driving the commercial success of innovative ultrasound and AI programs within the Ventures organization. This role focuses on expanding access to care in low and middleincome countries (LMICs) through scalable, sustainable business models and strategic partnerships.
The individual will collaborate deeply across clinical, marketing, R&D, finance, and regional business teams while managing global and regional strategic deals that introduce novel commercial models to underserved markets.
Job Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Experience working in medical devices, ultrasound, digital health, or AIdriven solutions.
Demonstrated capability leading multimilliondollar partnerships, global health programs, or donor-funded initiatives.
Strong understanding of LMIC healthcare ecosystems, accesstocare models, and non-traditional commercial approaches.
Proven ability to operate in crossfunctional, matrixed global environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
