Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for our B2B SaaS product targeting the Saudi market. The role is based on-site in Egypt and focuses on qualifying inbound leads, delivering product demos, building tailored customer use cases, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads to assess fit, urgency, budget, and decision-makers
- Conduct product demos aligned with customer pain points and business objectives
- Build clear, value-driven use cases tailored to each prospect's industry and needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through follow-up, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-up to move deals forward
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and smooth handover
- Update and manage pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM
- Stay informed about Saudi market dynamics, buyer behavior, and competitors
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (Account Executive, Business Development, or similar)
- Strong experience running product demos and consultative sales conversations
- Ability to translate product capabilities into business value and practical use cases
- Experience negotiating and closing mid-market or enterprise deals
- Experience selling to or dealing with Saudi-based customers
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work on-site in Egypt and align with KSA working hours
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS, IT, or digital transformation solutions to KSA
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Understanding of enterprise procurement cycles in Saudi Arabia
