Business Development Manager - Saudization

The Management Recruitment Group is strengthening its presence in the Kingdom and is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition across Saudi Arabia's built environment sector.

This role is focused purely on origination. You will open doors, build senior relationships and convert new mandates, working closely with our established Middle East delivery and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy across the Kingdom
• Build relationships with C suite and senior decision makers within developers, contractors and operators
• Generate retained and contingent recruitment mandates, along with broader workforce solutions
• Represent MRG at industry forums, stakeholder meetings and sector events
• Provide market insight to support strategic growth in Saudi Arabia

Profile

• 5 to 10 years experience in business development
• Background within real estate development, construction, contracting or professional services
• Strong existing network across the Saudi built environment sector
• Commercially driven with a demonstrable ability to originate new business
• Confident operating at executive level and representing an international brand

This is a high-visibility role with strong commissionable upside, directly aligned to converted revenue.
