The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai-based team. This role reports to the Publisher and will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities across all Halo verticals: Savoir Flair, Halo Studio (creative production), and Halo Collective (influencer marketing).

The ideal candidate is someone who understands luxury, digital media, and branded content, and knows how to translate that into commercial success. This role requires a highly strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about digital storytelling and long-term brand building. You must possess both the ability to pitch visionary ideas and the operational rigor to execute them flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Halo Media's existing client portfolio by identifying, pitching, and closing new partnership opportunities across the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, culture, tourism, automotive, and hospitality verticals.
  • Source and develop new commercial opportunities with luxury brands across fashion, beauty, jewelry, hospitality, and culture, as well as with luxury and mass brands for white-label opportunities via Halo Studio.
  • Create and deliver compelling pitches tailored to brand objectives across digital, video, social, experiential, and influencer formats while upholding Savoir Flair's editorial voice and creative standards.
  • Work closely with the Editorial, Production, and Social teams to bring partnership ideas to life through meaningful, impactful storytelling.
  • Oversee campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction from pitch to post-reporting.
  • Lead the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, with weekly reporting to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Publisher on annual and quarterly sales forecasts, pricing strategy, and business development goals.
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with luxury clients, PR agencies, media buyers, and brand stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to continuously evolve our offerings and maintain Halo Media's leadership position.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and serve as an ambassador of our mission and values.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in business development, media sales, or partnershipspreferably within the luxury or digital media space.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, branded content, influencer campaigns, and creative production.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational and CRM skillsable to track pipelines, update leads, and report consistently.
  • Existing networks in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries in the region is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus.
