Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships across the UAE and GCC region. The ideal candidate must have experience in B2B SaaS sales, HRMS solution sales, enterprise solution selling, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in SME and enterprise segments
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Conduct product presentations and demos (HRMS, attendance systems, custom software)
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation/support teams
3. Market & Strategy
- Research market trends and competitor offerings
- Identify partnership opportunities (channel partners, resellers)
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for improvement
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and pricing models
4. Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
- Update CRM with leads, activities, and deal progress
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 37 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales
- Strong understanding of HRMS, ERP, or enterprise software solutions (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience selling in UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
