About The Job
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in consulting and digital transformation, and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, driving client acquisition, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Synpulse in the Middle East.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles in collaboration with internal consulting and delivery teams.
- Manage partnerships and alliances to expand the firm's footprint and service offerings.
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch presentations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline through market intelligence, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Represent Synpulse at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs.
Job Requirements
About you:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting in the financial services or fintech sector.
- Strong network within banking, wealth management, or insurance in the Middle East.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of core banking platforms, digital banking solutions, or transformation consulting.
- Previous experience working with or for a management consultancy.
