Job Description:
As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This may involve the management of global or local relationships or a combination of both across client portfolio
The Ideal Candidate:
Combining strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within agency environments they will work collaboratively by liaising with other members of the business to ensure that they have the right tools to be successful and to deliver on our commercial and production promises to clients.
They understand both the creative and operational sides of the business and can represent TAD to win and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Key Skills/ Qualifications:
Proven ability to develop client relationships to grow the business
Solid experience of sales and account management at a senior level
Ability to sell either one to one or via pitch to multiple clients with strong presentation skills
Self-starter who actively drives own projects and performance
Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
P&L responsibility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to plan and negotiate
Ability to research, model, write and present proposals/RFPs
Can communicate vision/strategy
Continually develops self with a curiosity to develop ideas and new ways of client engagement
Experience in advertising, marketing and experiential events
Existing network of potential clients and contacts
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the agency's growth strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategies.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals effectively.
Maintain reports on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Event Management.
Certifications in event production, sponsorship management are advantageous.

English & Arabic
Note: This is a full-time, office-based role requiring the candidate to work from our Dubai office.
