Are you an enthusiastic and creative professional looking for a new challenge We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team in Dubai. With a strong presence in the UK, Middle East, and Asia, we are known for our commitment to diversity and inclusion, and our strategic focus on responsible and sustainable growth.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the firm's growth in the Middle East.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries
  • Devise and implement marketing campaigns to raise the firm's profile
  • Collaborate with lawyers to pursue new business opportunities
  • Draft and implement business and marketing plans
  • Manage regional legal directory submissions
  • Oversee marketing events and manage budgets
  • Work with the PR team to enhance the firm's profile

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role will have:

  • Excellent relationship and team-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and creative mindset with strong project management skills
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Over 5 years of marketing experience in a law firm or similar environment
  • CIM qualifications or equivalent are highly desirable
