Role Overview
To drive exponential growth through organic expansion and strategic diversification, Citizenship Invest is seeking a highly accomplished Business Development Manager. This role demands a visionary leader with exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and a strong ability to execute growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve exponential growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive diversification initiatives.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a dynamic team to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional partners, and government entities.
- Represent the organization in key external interactions, including with international agencies and governmental bodies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:Bachelors Degree
- Experience: Proven success in business development, preferably within the citizenship/residency by investment industry.
- Exceptional candidates from related sectors such as Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Luxury Real Estate will also be considered.
- Strong record of strategic planning and execution, leading to measurable growth and diversification.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and engage effectively with stakeholders and governments.
- Age: Below 50 years.
