Company Description Trusity is a skill-tech platform and incubator based in Dubai (UAE) and India that focuses on building 21st-century skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship in children and youth aged 8 to 18. The organization has launched a knowledge-grounded multi-AI agents platform designed to help every learner think like a founder, act as a problem-solver, and grow as a future leader. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, UAE.

  • The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and corporate organizations, to expand Trusity's reach and impact.
  • Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, managing the B2B sales pipeline, and delivering presentations and product demonstrations to prospective partners and clients.
  • The role involves negotiating contracts, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management within education, edtech, or related sectors in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and forecasting to support growth targets and decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales roles in edtech, education, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus, as is familiarity with the UAE and Middle East education landscape.
