What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in theForex and CFD markets.
• Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and clients aligned with company growth targets.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English & Hindi.
• Proficient in CRM tools; ability to use data / analytics for decisionmaking.
• Proven experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliate programs, or WhiteLabel partners; existing networks / client base is a strong plus.
