Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE market knowledge and hands-on experience in field sales and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.
• Coordinate with operations and other teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Requirements4+ years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in logistics, courier, delivery, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong field sales and business development experience.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and client network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
