Job Title Business Development Manager Cybersecurity Solutions
Location Based in Dubai, UAE
Experience Level Min 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
Role Summary As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our cybersecurity business by identifying new clients, cultivating relationships, closing deals, and expanding market presence across the UAE, and GCC regions. You will work closely with product, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to define offering, price, proposals, and deliver value to clients. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, combining sales execution with market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and acquire new enterprise clients for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation needs assessment proposal negotiation closing handover to delivery / operations teams
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, including with C-level / decision makers (CIO, CISO, CTO etc.), to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sales.
  • Develop and execute business development / sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives in UAE and GCC.
  • Respond to RFPs, prepare commercial proposals, conduct presentations and demos (technical in collaboration with presales / solutions architects)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and customer needs, to anticipate demand and position solutions accordingly
  • Work with partner ecosystem (resellers, alliances, channel partners) as applicable to expand reach
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales pipeline, reporting to management Negotiate contract terms, pricing, SLAs etc in coordination with legal / finance teams
  • Provide feedback from the field to product teams for improvements / feature requests and help position offerings competitively

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Backgroun

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience: at least 3 years in business development / sales in cybersecurity / IT solutions / tech environment.
