Job Summary

We are seeking adynamic, experienced, and target-driven Business Development Managerto join our regional sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing high-value relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our cybersecurity portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within the cybersecurity domain
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Engage and consult with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized security solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly
  • Sales revenue and target achievement (monthly/quarterly)
  • Lead-to-deal conversion rate
  • New account acquisition per quarter
  • Pipeline growth and average deal closure time
  • Client satisfaction (CSAT) post-onboarding
  • Contract renewal and upsell rate
  • Accuracy of CRM reporting and timeliness of submissions

Skills & Competencies

Sales & Business Development:

  • Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and build a sales pipeline
  • Experience in managing client accounts and long-term engagements

Cybersecurity Knowledge:

  • Familiar with cybersecurity solutions: Firewalls, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, DLP, etc.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language
  • Awareness of standards like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR is a plus

Communication & Interpersonal:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with C-level clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills

Strategic Thinking & Tools Proficiency:

  • Market research and competitive analysis capabilities
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Project & Time Management:

  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles
  • Strong follow-up and reporting discipline

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
  • 2-5 yearsof experience in sales or business development (preferably in cybersecurity or IT services)
  • UAE Driving License (mandatory)
