Business Development Executive (BDE) - US Staffing (Remote)

Job Summary

Vizva Consultancy Services is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote US staffing team. The ideal candidate will have top-notch communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship management in the US staffing and recruitment market.

Note: This is a fully remote positionoperating during US shift timings (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilitie

• sIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing/recruitment industry
• .Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the US market
• .Conduct cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and active lead generation
• .Understand client hiring requirements thoroughly and coordinate seamlessly with internal recruitment teams
• .Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and client presentations with key decision-makers
• .Negotiate contracts, billing rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• .Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• .Prepare professional business reports, proposals, and pitches
• .Work closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth delivery
