The Role
We are hiring a dedicated Business Development Manager in Dubai. This is a role for a true hunter who wants full ownership and autonomy. You won't be managing internal problems; you will be scaling a proven model of digital growth and technical execution.
What You'll Do
- Hunt, cold call, and pitch to aggressively close new business opportunities in UAE, KSA & the rest of GCC.
- Execute high-intensity outreach: Do whatever it takes to get in front of decision-makers, from LinkedIn hustle to networking.
- Build senior-level relationships with founders, marketing heads & teams, and key stakeholders across various sectors while navigating complex corporate structures.
- Own the full sales cycle: From initial lead generation and high-impact pitching to negotiating contracts and closing the deal.
- Represent Webcraft at networking events, industry conferences, and strategic partnerships to build the face of the brand in Dubai.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure the technical execution and strategy align perfectly with client expectations.
