Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager to scale our corporate partnerships and revenue in the UAE.

You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, closing hiring & DEI mandates, and growing long-term relationships with key accounts.

This is a hunter + closer role, ideal for someone who understands recruitment sales, HR solutions, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new corporate clients across UAE & GCC (SMEs, Enterprises, MNCs, Government entities)
  • Sell recruitment services, hiring mandates, DEI programs, and subscription solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation pitch proposal negotiation closure
  • Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Leaders, DEI leaders & CEOs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (bulk hiring, exclusive mandates, community hiring, DEI consulting, events, employer branding)
  • Maintain ongoing account management for key clients
  • Represent Women First Jobs at HR events, business forums, and networking platforms
  • Build partnerships with universities, incubators, accelerators, and business councils
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, employer branding, and lead generation
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipelines, forecasts, and reporting

Who We're Looking For

  • 57+ years of experience in recruitment sales, HR consulting, HR Tech, or staffing
  • Strong corporate network in the UAE
  • Proven track record of closing recruitment / HR solutions deals
  • Ability to sell to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in DEI, workforce solutions, RPO, or subscription-based hiring models
  • Experience selling to GCC markets (KSA, Qatar, UAE)
  • Background in agency recruitment or HR SaaS
