Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding strong client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving business growth objectives. The role will involve working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored risk solutions, analyze market trends, and contribute to business planning and market expansion efforts.

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and client management skills
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Proficiency in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Knowledge of the insurance, risk advisory, or financial services industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
