Job Title: Business Development Officer
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across valuation and consultancy services. You will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence, securing corporate clients, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial valuation sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop relationships with banks, real estate agencies, developers, asset managers, and corporate clients.
- Maintain and expand a structured sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings to understand valuation requirements and service needs.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and engagement letters.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities in valuation, advisory, and consultancy services.
- Support management in developing business expansion strategies.
- Assist in preparing business forecasts and sales targets.
Proposal & Tender Management:
- Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals for tenders.
- Coordinate with valuation, engineering, and finance teams for accurate pricing.
- Ensure timely submission of documentation in compliance with client requirements.
- Track tender outcomes and maintain records.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Maintain CRM records and update sales progress reports.
- Track KPIs such as revenue generation, conversion rate, and client retention.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management review.
- Support marketing initiatives and brand positioning activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, valuation, or consultancy sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
