Job Description

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

1. Market expansion and user growth

Responsible for expanding contract trading business in the Arab market, formulating local BD strategies, and enhancing Market Share.

Develop and maintain resources such as KOLs, community leaders, and transaction teams through online and offline channels to promote user growth.

Plan and execute local marketing activities to improve branding impression, promote user engagement rate and transaction volume.

2. KOL and partner management

Explore and connect with potential partners such as local KOLs, traders, and investment institutions to establish long-term cooperative relationships.

Set up a hierarchical KOL management mechanism, develop cooperation incentive plans for KOLs of different levels, and improve conversion rates and ROI.

Evaluate the market contribution of partners through Data Analysis and optimize cooperation strategies.

3. Transaction data and business optimization

Monitor and analyze transaction data in the local market, develop targeted growth strategies, and increase transaction volume and active user numbers.

Pay attention to user feedback, work closely with product, operation, risk control and other teams to optimize transaction experience and improve user retention.

Study competitors trends, adjust market strategies in a timely manner, and ensure a competitive advantage in the Asian market.

4. Community and branding

Responsible for building and managing local Arab communities, enhancing user interaction and loyalty.

Cooperate with the marketing team to promote the Localization brand, including social media marketing, AMA, trading competitions and other activities.

Pay attention to policy compliance and ensure that market expansion complies with local regulations.

Job requirements:

1. Industry experience

More than 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency industry BD/market expansion, familiar with contract trading business.

Possess resources and connections in the Arab market, with experience in successfully expanding into the local market.

Understand the dynamics of the cryptocurrency trading market, possess data analysis skills, and be able to develop growth strategies.

2. Market and community capabilities

Skilled in establishing good relationships with local KOLs, traders, and communities, and able to effectively drive their promotion cooperation.

Familiar with social media marketing (such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), with rich experience in cybertribe operations.

Able to plan and implement Localization marketing activities to enhance brand influence and user growth.

3. Communication and teamwork

Excellent Business Development and Negotiation Skills, able to independently develop and manage local partners;

Fluent English communication skills, Arabic is preferred;

Possess team management experience and be able to lead the team to achieve market growth goals.
